Hasbro has announced a new partnership with Merlin Entertainments that will see a Peppa Pig theme park being opened at the Legoland Resort in Florida.
This new attraction is thanks in part to Hasbro’s acquisition of eOne back in 2019, which came with rights to the Peppa Pig brand, along with several other popular kid’s properties, including Ricky Zoom and PJ Masks.
Peppa Pig is hands-down one of eOne’s most valuable properties, selling over more than a billion dollars of merchandise in 2020 alone. Some of our favorite merchandise from the series include Peppa Pig dinosaur toys, like plushies of her brother George’s favorite toy.
The new park will be stand-alone and feature several attractions, including rides, themed playscapes, and areas for water play. There will also be plenty of opportunity for fans young and old to meet and greet Peppa and her friends, with live shows and meet and greets.

Rides that have been announced for the new park include Daddy Pig’s Roller Coaster, Peppa Pig’s Balloon Ride, Grandad Dog’s Pirate Boat, Mr Bull’s High Striker, Peppa’s Pedal Bike Tour, George’s Tricycle Trail, and our personal favorite – Grampy Rabbit’s Dinosaur Adventure.
While sharing the Legoland Florida Resort site, the theme park will be ticketed separately, meaning you’ll need to buy tickets to each attraction individually to visit both. There will, however, be all-inclusive annual passes, which offer admission to all attractions on the site.
Given how recent the announcement is, many details are still to come around the park’s various dining venues and retailers, which we expect to be announced in the coming months.
Peppa Pig fans won’t need to wait too long to visit the new park, as it’s scheduled to open its doors next year in 2022.
