Toymaker Hasbro buys into life finding a way with a new collaborative mash-up toy line, which sees the Transformers and Jurassic Park franchises meet in this must-have dinosaur transformers collectors set for avid fans of each series.
There are two toys in the new Transformers Generations Collaborative mash-up, each sold together in a two-piece set. These toys are the Tyrannocon Rex – the biggest of the two, which transforms in 27 steps – and the JP93 Autobot, which changes from Ford Explorer to a dinosaur-themed Autobot in 18 steps. There’s also a blaster accessory, which can either be attached to the rooftop of the JP93 or held after being transformed.
This isn’t the first time that we’ve seen similar cross-overs from Hasbro and the Transformers franchise – with the brand release Ghostbusters and Back to the Future mash-ups, as well as those from several comic book franchises. These have led to some awesome collectors toys in the past, and we think these collaborations are great and hope they continue.
The new product range launches later this year, with a November 1, 2021 release date, and will retail for $104.99. To make sure you get your hands on them, you can head on over to Amazon, where the toys are now available for pre-order.
